Welcome

Welcome to my blog.

Students Ratings has been built for students and ex pupils to join in discussions relating to education, its direction and peoples attitude together with information related subjects i.e. its aim is to create interaction between students, about how students feel towards schools, colleges, or universities.

The idea was formed by Carl Boniface (UK), Ariela Carasso (Brazil), to help adolescence and young adults during further education and life preparation while aiming to provide students an opportunity to rate and review diverse scenarios and find productive solutions to daily issues. Whether students are stressed out from pressure, or finding it difficult to cope with the learning curve whilst progressing towards positive exam results, students can help students by contributing to how they can manage day to day affairs, and how to maximize their learning opportunities.

Education is considered the essence of life when one considers it can make or break career opportunities and influence ability to grow within a specific role or career. Nowadays with cutting edge technological advancements and rivalry from every direction those academically qualified usually have the upper edge when it comes to overcoming obstacles, more quickly and efficiently. It doesn't always follow, but the law of averages predicts the probability that those well educated have a serious lead.

By controlling the outcome it helps manage and prepare students future livelihood. We want to hear from students and ex pupil who have something to contribute in terms of direction. What education is necessary? If students don't have direction or inclination of where they want to be in 5, 10, or 15 years is it time to have a NEW SUBJECT like "Directive Studies?", specifically to help those teenagers at high school who haven't got a clue?

As a student what would you like to see implemented? And how can Students Ratings help enough students make a difference to the education process? See if you can help us set the path!

Please check back soon for new entries.

My memory of high school is mixed because on one hand I felt like the teachers didn't like me, and then the group of guys I hanged out with took me in the wrong direction lol. Now that i'm older and finding it difficult to get work placement i'm starting to think I should have pushed myself a little harder.

I used to hate school though because:

    1) it was boring
    2) no girls to flirt with
    3) daily homework was a pain

If i had the opportunity to start again, which I don't I suppose i would have tried more.
