| Today I woke up early after a good night’s sleep. Could it have been because I retired early at ten o'clock after a stressful day? I’m not sure, but I am becoming more aware how important sleep really is. Sleep can make a massive difference to the way we perceive things, as well as it can affect our wealth potential. Often students and businessmen neglect a good night’s sleep with a view to performing brilliantly in exams or closing important contracts at a cost to their health. According to people I’ve spoken to a lack of sleep can also have negative effects on their attitude by creating mood swings, and in some cases even violent outbursts. It is hard to determine for sure like most things we can guess or shoot for answers, but it comes down to trying to keep to a regular sleep pattern for longevity. |

Furthermore, there have been several scientific experiments carried out over the years to determine how it can affect our health in general, and specifically intelligence levels. Personal experience tells me a minimum of six up to eight hours of sleep a day is required for keeping a healthy lifestyle. If one sleeps less than this they will probably feel tired a day later, and any more than this they may feel strange during the entire day causing adverse effects. Everyone has their own stories to tell, and it is much like everything else that balance serves to support our immune systems to maintain a healthy and vibrant outlook on life, and create enjoyable while uplifting scenarios period. |
| A recommendation would be to invest in a good mattress such as the orthopedically correct, supportive and comfortable ones. The best brands are expensive, but if one cares enough about their lifestyle they’ll rush out to buy one. My wife and I purchased an expensive Tempur mattress from London five years ago. She loves it swearing that she gets a great night’s sleep. I find it quite comfortable although I have noticed I don’t always have a perfect sleep. I prefer a little more bounce! When you change yours make sure it is the right one; beds are usually with you for many years. An average of seven hours a night equates to nearly three years sleep over a ten year period. So ask yourself now how important is sleep? If you put it like that you soon realise beds are worth their weight in gold! MAIN SITE |
