It really depends on what success is to you. For some it's about getting married and living in a three bedroom detached house, holding a steady job, and living a nice while comfortable life. For others it's about what was stated in the last sentence, but more. It could simply mean making more money, and thus enabling you and your family to have a better quality of lifestyle, i.e. taking a super luxurious cruise around the Bahamas, or buying a new Lamborghini Alar - maybe?

For many it is more than just having material rewards although, yes, what a kick and stimulation, or perk up! The bottom line is a feeling in some ways difficult to describe, so if you can not relate at this point it makes sense. Then if and when you ever do get around to reading my book coming out in 2010, you'll soon discover exactly what I'm talking about after reading it. However, I'll give you a glimpse into it now: inner satisfaction and fulfillment that you have accomplished something significant and are living on the high edge; meaning in the 1st instant that your belief system has taken you from point A to point B and you are reaping the emotional rewards attracted to it.

Your uncertainty has transgressed to a certain amount of certainty that you are nearer your objective, but in no way have you accomplished utopia. In other words your are on route towards your goal. You feel as though you are getting it right. MAINTAIN the excellence for a significant time-span, and eventually you will become closer to your target. You can't see when it will happen on the envisaged level but you can gauge what could be, or what you want as the final outcome. You are feeling a sense of excitement, encouragement, and certain complacency that you are able to measure the results based on intuition and recent occurrences.

Now I could be talking about one specific fulfillment that you have already experienced relating to getting a job, having a baby, buying a new car, renting a new home, or similar thing, but I'm not. I'm relating to the emotional sense of career achievement. To me career accomplishment is control over my destiny. Having the power to unleash my spirit and interlink, connect to others while taking on responsibility and necessity to question my own authority and intellectual ability to provide stimulation, and to grow and become more fulfilled! It's quite a mouthful, isn't it?

Awareness to many aspects of developing start-ups, building small to medium sized enterprises, or developing your own specific career path can be an exhilarating task while daunting experience. After my 25 years plus running my own businesses of ups and downs the aim is to help students starting out, young adults and professionals alike get a head start in preparation leading to ongoing developments and ultimately advancement.

Having built several businesses from scratch allows me to report real life scenarios instead of theoretical analysis, thus valuable contribution to any serious or potential businessman. If someone has any relevant ideas that are selected they would be properly referenced.
