Calmness is the best companion – part 2 ‘delicious pizza’

My favorite is four or five cheeses, ‘quatro or cinco formagio pizza’ with plenty of blue cheese on top drives me insane; I’m a pizza lover if you haven’t already guessed. Brazil offers the most superb tasting pizzas on the planet second to none. The Italians invented the pizza, and nowadays it can be purchased all around the world, but literally the best pizzas come from Sao Paulo, Brazil. If you ever get the opportunity to take a vacation here you will fall passionately in love with this country, and that is just based on some of the pizza restaurants, let alone all the other great things they have here. |

I spent nights this week trying recommended pizza restaurants and without a shadow of doubt a few shone such as Crystal and Pizza Bros. These are traditional pizza establishments that make eating a pure pleasure. Not only were the pizzas magnificent, but the restaurants layout and décor was refreshing while ambient enlivening. Both offered a thin and crispy base, considerable quantity of cheeses, and plenty of well toasted topping to make the whole experience tantalizingly scrumptious whilst delicious! A wide selection of pizzas to suit everyone’s palate! |

If we analyze part one of ‘Calmness is the best companion,’ it is evident that our mind tells us when things are not right. For that reason we search for what stimulates us. But based on the values we are taught at school and throughout life we have the choice of how we accept and deal with our emotions. In fact I’ve spoken about this before in my October 2009 blog ‘How to come out a winner – Part 2, so try to read it if you haven’t already. |
| However, in the first part of this blog it conveyed my thoughts and reactions that were rather elevated, probably because I have a little bit of a panic streak when I travel. It probably is hereditary because my mother suffers claustrophobia, but I’ve tried to control it. Needless to say I need to control my emotions; looking back at my attitude nothing was accomplished apart from frenzy. |
| Culinary art is extremely important to me although one of my preferred pastimes is eating at restaurants. Another specialty they offer in Brazil is the ‘rodizio’ were they serve meats at ones discretion. One well known traditional ‘churrascaria’ restaurant is Paulista Grill. If you like meat you will love this type of service; waiters keep coming around cutting all sorts of meat from skewers the size of swords. Brazilian meat is succulent and comes in variety. They have a salad bar that offers a wide selection of salads, and assorted accompanying dishes to leave visitors satisfied. |

Life is all about discovering and learning from experiences, so there is no better way to do it than travelling to different countries with distinctive cultures and remarkable originality. Learning through educational services enables us to have those opportunity for the rest of our lives. |
