Should one be fighting for their rights - insurance?
A situation should determine ones position, as it can the strategy to adhere to, yet experience has told me that in order to reach a fruitful conclusion the substance needs to be intact. Recently I needed to make a claim from a travel insurance company for having emergency teeth treatment whilst abroad.

Initially they waivered responsibility, so I needed to put the records straight and argue for justice. They started to show signs that they respected my claim by dealing with it accordingly, but then all of a sudden they changed their tone. At times like these many people simply back-off or give-up, so it takes a certain amount of gallantry to stand up for what you believe, or in others words by knowing what you are entitled to then press on.
In the business world there are some scoundrels who look for ways to outsmart others by twisting words so the injured or anguished claimant needs to resort to legal assistance in order to fight for their rights, or file a complaint with an ombudsman. The fact remains that many schemes are devised to take advantage of individuals, so my first suggestion is to read the small print. Not everybody has the patience to go through a dozen pages or so, or even understands the complex terms and conditions written by professionals. So what is the answer?
Itâs a tricky one that cannot always be handled smoothly, and when an insurance company seems to be acting unfairly good judgment is called for. If one believes they are the victim of fraud with the intentional use of deceit, a trick or some dishonest means to deprive another of his or her money, or perhaps bad faith by an intentional dishonest act of not fulfilling legal or contractual obligations, or misleading one, or entering into an agreement without the intention or means to fulfill it, or even violating basic standards of honesty in dealing with others it requires diplomacy to create a desired outcome.
A word of advice before jumping into a policy that appears like excellent value for money: - watch out for the money grabbers!
